How tuition works
We don't print tuition here, because it depends on the weeks you book. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.
Tuition depends on how many weeks your camper attends and which age group they are in. The figures for each week are on our enrollment page, and the director is glad to talk them through by phone first.
The number of weeks you book
Your camper's age group
More than one child from a family
Registration
A registration fee holds your camper's place and covers the file we keep for the summer. It is due when you register, once for the summer, however many weeks you book.
Holding a place
A place is held when your registration and the first week's tuition are in, and that week's tuition goes toward the week. Full weeks have a waitlist. When a place opens, we call the next family and give them a day to say yes.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether help with tuition is open this month. The director handles every request privately, and a request does not change your camper's place.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' notice before a booked week, so a family on the waitlist can take the place. The enrollment page says what happens to tuition already paid.
Gear and other costs
Lunch comes from home, and we provide a morning snack and water. A camp T-shirt is optional and priced on its own on the enrollment page. We tell families about any extra cost before they register, not after.
