What to bring
Pack for the lawn, the woods and a long day
Camp opens at 8:30 a.m. on the front lawn. Label everything with your camper's first name.
A hat with a brim
Most of the day is outdoors, and a hat shades the face and neck.
A water bottle
A labeled bottle, filled at home. We refill it at every water break.
Sunscreen, already on
Put it on before camp. We remind campers to put more on after sprinkler play.
Lunch in a labeled bag
Lunch comes from home, and we provide a morning snack.
Closed shoes
Shoes that can get wet and muddy, for the woods, the garden and the lawn.
A change of clothes
For sprinkler days and for the garden, in a labeled bag.
Leave at home
Phones, toys and anything valuable
Camp is a day without screens. If your camper needs to reach you, they use the office phone.
Phones, tablets and games
Toys and trading cards
Jewelry and anything that would be missed
